| Once you have started to approach your prospect list by working through Step One and Step Two, use the Prospecting System to automate your follow ups! The great thing about the prospecting system is, it will do the work for you, it is completely impartial, and it is not put off by a no! It just keeps going till they join or unsubscribe. All you have to do is load it up. For names on your list without email addresses but with phone numbers click here for an idea of what to say when you phone them. So lets get started. |
Entering names and emails into the Auto-Prospector |
| Log into the Affiliate Area in the same way you did in Module One. Click the 'Prospects' button at the top of the page to enter the Prospect System. |

You will now see the 'Prospect Details' fields. You can now enter your prospect's name followed by their email address, which you will need to re-enter to ensure you have inputted it correctly. If you have their phone number enter that and then enter the 4 digit security number, which will change each time you enter a contact. Make sure you have read the anti spam policy and then check the box. WARNING! e-Lottery has a zero tolerance spam policy so it is important that you have permission to send your contact an email about e-Lottery. Go to 123 Play4Free to see how you can gain permission using an introductory email or phone call. |

Just below the prospect details you will see the 'Source Codes' which show how the prospect has been entered into the system. Prospects that you enter will have a source code 'M' because you have manually entered them. A prospect coming from Grab a Grand will have a source code of 'C' ect. |
| It's now important be consistent and make sure you enter all the names with email addresses from your prospect list as soon as possible! To avoid SPAM make sure that your prospects are expecting your emails. Use one of the scripts in Step One to tell your prospect what you are doing and make sure that they wnat to receive the information. If you have a large list, break it down into bite size pieces and enter some names everyday. |
Your prospect list will keep growing as you enter more names and your counter will keep rising |
Make this a continual process and aim to increase the numbers of prospects in your system on a daily basis. Practice asking people for their email address at every opportunity and always carry literature with you to give away . For ideas on what to say, go to 123 Play4Free |
